So, once you’ve finished pimping your ride, you can pimp your garage door!! This is a crazy idea, would love my whole street to have one. I’m gonna get one made of a Strip club scene with some dancing girls and a stripper going to work on a pole, the neighbours will love it!!!

Rauh Welt Begriff – 911 Heaven
If you like Porsche’s, wide arches and the Japanese car tuning scene you may have heard of Rauh Welt Begriff. Rauh Welt have been providing the antidote for the German stagnation that is the design of the 911 since the early 2000s. If you put Rauh Welt Begriff in google translate it comes out as Rough Conceptual World (not sure if that’s right though) as it’s supposed to be Rough World Lifestyle. The name Rauh Welt comes from an old school group of street drifters of which, Nakai-San, the founder/owner of Rauh Welt was a member. He started off in a AE86 like a lot of the original street drifters, but his styling soon came into it’s own with the aggressive kit, matte paint and wide arches for which he would later become globally renowned.

Corruption & You.
I was telling a friend about the websites and what I ‘m up to in general as he is a bit of a geek as well, he loves all things apple.com and has mild conspiracy theorist tendancies. As soon as I mentioned the name Corrupt Industries, he thought of Anti-government action and worldwide mega-corps taking over the world and being an apple man, “Microsoft” was the first thing that he shouted out!
I explained that whilst I will cover those things at times, it wasn’t really along those lines and then thought maybe I should have been clearer on the clearly not Philosophy page of Corruptindustries.com (so I changed it).
And I just thought I would make my thoughts a bit more transparent.
Corrupt Industries generally refers to the way we as people and consumers have been “Corrupted”, by desires and wants for certain feelings or objects, some that we don’t necessarily need and others that have grown to become a huge part of your life, but by no means negative things, they can be positive. Corruption essentially has negative connotations, but in this context it isn’t.

Daikoku Futo, Yokohama. Meet&Drift
Some footage of a meet @ Daikoku Futo in Yokohama, Japan, last month. Bit of crazy street drift going on, where the drivers of Trucks and Lorries seem to have no concern for safety the local drifters and just drive on through, can’t they see that the drifters are busy, some people!!
Here’s the static crowd, some getting their stance on, others getting their craziest neon install madness that I’ve ever seen on. It’s hypnotising, I can’t help it they’re too beautiful.

This is just for extras, it’s also from the W140 Syndicate that filmed the street drift vid above, some is the same as the meet footage above but they’ve got more cars in, whilst the guy filming the vid above was entranced by the light show!
Death to Speed Cameras…
Well I keep hearing that they are turning speed cameras off around the country(UK), around by me it was in the local newspaper last week, the council can’t afford to keep them running, that’s funny because we can’t afford to pay the fines. What I want to know is when the hell they are going to do it. While it’s good news in general, I’m sure they’ll find another ridiculous way to make the money out of us. I have a concern however, that my fuel bill may(or may not) increase slightly and not just because of increasing price of fuel and duty.

From Russia with Love- Toysport Drift Team
Doing some interweb searching I came across the Team Toysport Power cars, 2 drift Altezza’s / IS300s. Toysport complete in the Russian Drift Series and are bunch of drifting russian mentalists. The cars look great with Japanese cartoon graphics and iconography, they are obviously Jap mad and enjoy having a laugh, but at the same time are serious about performance, check out the vid and pics.
